2. Information we collect
When you submit a request, we collect your name, phone number, ZIP code, selected service and form submission time. We also record your policy acceptance and, separately, whether you choose SMS updates. For SMS choices, we retain the displayed disclosure and its version, the form page and the time of consent. If you later provide an address or other appointment details, we use them to handle your request. Hosting providers may process technical request information to operate and protect the website.
3. How we use information
We use information to respond to inquiries, check service availability, arrange appointments, provide service updates and maintain consent records. Submitting a phone number alone does not enroll you in SMS. We send program texts only after you expressly opt in. The service-update program does not enroll you in promotional campaigns.
4. Mobile information and consent
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
SMS permission is specific to Air Pure USA and is not sold, rented or transferred to other businesses or used to enroll you in their messaging programs.
5. Service providers and disclosures
Information needed to fulfill your request may be processed by providers supporting our hosting, communications and appointment administration, or technicians assigned to the requested service. Providers act on our behalf only for the requested service. We may also disclose information when legally required or necessary to protect against misuse. These categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
6. Your SMS choices
Text-message consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase or service. You may submit any service inquiry with the SMS checkbox left unchecked and receive a phone call instead. You can also call or email us directly without enrolling in SMS. Message frequency varies with your inquiry and appointments. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. 7. Retention, security and requests
We retain information as needed to handle inquiries and services, document permission and meet recordkeeping requirements. Opt-out records may be retained to prevent further unwanted messages. We use access controls and hosted infrastructure to protect records, but no system is completely secure. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion; some records may need to be retained for legal or opt-out purposes.
8. Advertising cookies and your choices
Our scheduling page stores an offer deadline in your browser to remember the countdown between visits. When a window ends, the countdown renews automatically; the calendar remains available. This local record contains no contact details and is separate from advertising cookies. Clearing browser data or using a different browser removes that continuity.
With your permission, this website uses the Meta Pixel to measure page visits and the performance of our Facebook and Instagram ads. Meta may receive technical information such as your IP address, browser and device information, page URLs and advertising cookie identifiers, and may associate it with your Meta account under its Privacy Policy. Our website pixel sends page-view events; we do not send form fields, phone numbers or SMS consent records through it, and automatic form matching is disabled.
Optional advertising cookies remain off until you select Accept cookies. Declining does not prevent you from requesting service or booking an appointment. You can change your choice using Cookie settings at the bottom of any page. We honor the Global Privacy Control browser signal by keeping this website’s optional advertising pixel off. Withdrawing consent stops future website pixel events; it does not undo information already sent to Meta. These cookie choices are separate from SMS consent and from Calendly’s own cookie controls.
9. Other platforms and changes
Facebook and other external platforms have their own privacy policies. Our SMS consent requirements still apply when an inquiry comes from another platform. Our scheduling page embeds Calendly, which processes booking details and may use cookies under its own privacy notice. Our Calendly integration may also send scheduling events to Meta, subject to Calendly’s cookie controls. Booking through Calendly does not enroll you in SMS updates. If our practices change, we will update this policy and its effective date.
